1. Introduction

Welcome to DELTAMECO ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By registering, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to register as a seafarer or agency representative. Agencies must be DMW-accredited.

3. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Seafarer accounts are auto-approved. Agency accounts require DMW verification and approval before full access is granted.

4. Agency Verification

Agencies must provide valid DMW Accreditation Number, Business Permit, and Office Address. These will be verified by DMW administrators. False information will result in immediate rejection.

5. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to: (a) Use the platform for any illegal purpose; (b) Post false or misleading information; (c) Harass other users; (d) Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts.

7. Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173)

7.1 Collection and Use of Personal Data
In compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (DPA), DELTAMECO collects and processes your personal data for the following purposes: account creation and management, agency verification, job matching, communication, and platform optimization. By registering, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal information as described in this policy.

7.2 Data Sharing and Disclosure
Your personal data may be shared with authorized DMW administrators for verification purposes, agencies for job applications, and third-party service providers who assist us in operating the platform. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

7.3 Data Retention and Security
We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Your data will be retained only as long as necessary for the purposes stated in this policy or as required by law.

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
